“We were deeply shocked and saddened to learn about an armed robbery in our community involving 49er’s rookie Ricky Pearsall, and we are relieved to hear he is doing better. We want to thank the Union Square Police deployment for their swift response, which was critically important and led to the immediate apprehension of the suspect. This holiday weekend, our police presence in Union Square has been increased further for the safety of the community. Our City leaders have made it clear that this kind of activity will not be tolerated.”
